United States Orders:

• Most internet orders placed before 12 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday may not be processed until the following business day. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Standard Time on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

• Items ordered will ship out within two business days of purchase process. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). Please note that a physical address is required for FedEx and UPS as they do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

• If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. FedEx and UPS   deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• Please note: Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax. In state orders are subject to New York sales tax.

• All shipping and handling fees are calculated on a combination of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. These fees are automatically added in the Shopping Cart. Some orders may ship in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

• Order Confirmation does not occur when the sale is submitted online. Order Confirmation occurs after the order is received, pulled and after shipping and handling arrangements have been assessed.

International Orders:

• Some orders cannot be exported due to manufacturer or government restrictions. We will notify you if an order in unable to be shipped to your location.

• We do not ship to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria or North Korea.

• Orders shipping to Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda and Georgia may be subject to additional verification. Will will notify you if your order will be delayed.

• If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Plastic-Craft reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

Credit Cards:

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Bank regulations require that the billing address of the order match the billing address associated with your credit card.

International Pricing Disclaimer:

• The final amount shown in your cart is in US Dollars. The product price does not include customs, duties and/or taxes. Your credit card company may charge you a conversion fee. We will charge your credit card in US Dollars. The refund amount may be more or less than the purchase price due to fluctuation in exchange rates.
